Robertson County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody or release, retrieve an official booking record, release anyone, post bond, or make a records decision. Contact the office that holds the requested information directly.
Official Robertson County Contacts
The Robertson County Sheriff’s Office contact page is the primary county routing source. Use the detention facility for a current-custody question and the sheriff’s main line for a records or custodian question. The sheriff site did not provide a separate records-unit email, an official booking-photo request form, a posted county booking-photo fee, or Records Division hours in the material reviewed.
Robertson County Sheriff’s Office
Address: 507 South Brown Street
Springfield, TN 37172
Records and routing: (615) 384-7971
Ask for the Records Division or the current custodian of the specific booking record or photograph. Ask whether the request should be made in person, by mail, or through a current county process, and request an estimate before accepting any duplication charge.
Robertson County Detention Facility
Address: 311 5th Ave E
Springfield, TN 37172
Current custody: (615) 384-7974
The RCSO Corrections Division operates RCDF. The facility is the appropriate first contact for a time-sensitive custody question, while a county record or photo request may need the sheriff's records-routing path.
The official jail-information page lists visitation from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Those are visitation times, not published Records Division hours. Do not assume a records specialist is available during the visitation schedule.
For a county booking sheet, record, or photo, provide the person's full name, the date or date range, arresting agency, approximate booking date, facility, booking number if known, and the exact item requested. The RCSO Records Division page describes the office’s public-record role, but it does not publish a booking-photo fee chart or guaranteed response time. A targeted request for an existing record is more useful than asking the county to create a new historical list.
Other official record routes
- For statewide public-record process information, review Tennessee’s public-records guidance. The state explains that an agency unable to respond promptly should provide the record, deny it with a legal basis, or give a reasonable time and cost estimate within seven business days.
- For a sentenced state offender or supervision record, use the Tennessee Department of Correction’s Felony Offender Information Lookup. That system is distinct from an RCDF booking record and does not establish present local custody.
- For the court result after an arrest, use the Tennessee court-clerk directory to identify the proper clerk. A booking charge is an allegation and can differ from the later disposition.
There is no verified official public RCDF roster or booking-photo search in the county sources reviewed. For that reason, avoid treating a private profile page as an official current-custody result. The home page explains the official-first search path and the differences between city police reports, county booking records, notifications, state-offender information, and court files.
